Kimball
Fisher is the co-founder of The Fisher Group and a best-selling
author. Kimball is an internationally acknowledged authority
on leadership and teams and has consulted with some of the finest
corporations across the globe. Kimball's career began as a manager
in Procter and Gamble's innovative plant in Lima, OH. He was
the first recipient of BYU's prestigious William G. Dyer Outstanding
Alumni Award for significant contributions to the field of Organizational

Mareen
Fisher is a co-founder of The Fisher Group. Mareen has a
Masters of Organizational Behavior degree from Brigham Young
University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University
of Utah. Mareen has been selected as an honored member of the
International Who's Who of Entrepreneurs. She is also a member

Laurie
Hopper is customer service manager for The Fisher Group.
As customer service manager, Laurie maintains contact with customers,
develops proposals and answers questions about Fisher Group
products and services. She is responsible for coordinating all

Jay Mehta
has over 30 years of experience in manufacturing, distribution,
marketing and finance. As the V.P. of Marketing, he led a company
wide effort at Weyerhaeuser to implement a strategic marketing
initiative to "build profit through customer focus".
Mehta is recognized professionally for his mastery in discovering
and implementing customer value. Jay received his MS from UC
Berkeley and his MBA from University of Oregon. Back

Ernesto
Olascoaga, based in Mexico, is Director and Partner of Vision
Organizational s.a. de c.v. Ernesto graduated from the Universidad
Iberoamericana and received his Masters of Organizational Behavior
from Brigham Young University. Since 1980, Ernesto has focused
his expertise and services in Integral Transformation Processes,
including; Strategic Planning, Organizational Development, Process
Redesign and Reengineering, Socio-Technical Systems, Continuous
Improvement, Quality Service, Information Technology, Self-Managed

Harald
Stokkeland is founder and director of Stokkeland International
Consulting, based in Olso, Norway. His vast experience includes
consulting and training in both the private and public sector
in multiple countries and continents. Prior to entering private
consulting, Harald worked as a Senior Consultant for the Norwegian
Council for Management Development and as a Management Development
Officer for the World Health Organization, where he was program
coordinator for seven projects in three countries including
Pakistan, Tanzania and Jordan. Back

Jakki
Moore, based in Oslo, Norway, brings a rich and varied background
to her role as a leadership consultant, coach and artist with
SIC-AS, Oslo, Norway. Prior to joining SIC-AS, Jakki worked
as Creative Arts Director with the Esalen Institute in Big Sur,
California, and as a Director with the Resonance Human Potential
Centre in London. Her present work has allowed her to work with
such varied clients as
NORAD/ PWA: Palestinian Water Authority (Gaza, Ramallah, Jerusalem),
Asker and Bærum Police District, Norway, C.J. Fallons
Educational Publishers, and NVE: Norway's directorate for water
