Kimball Fisher is the co-founder of The Fisher Group, a best-selling author, and a popular speaker. He is an internationally acknowledged authority on leadership and teams and has consulted with corporations across the globe. Kimball's career began as a manager in Procter and Gamble's innovative plant in Lima, OH. Several years after receiving his Masters degree, he was the first recipient of BYU's prestigious William G. Dyer Outstanding Alumni Award for significant contributions to the field of Organizational Behavior.

Mareen Fisher is a co-founder of The Fisher Group. Mareen has a Masters of Organizational Behavior degree from Brigham Young University and is a best-selling author. Prior to the Fisher Group, she worked for Weyerhaeuser, Tektronix, and Procter and Gamble. Mareen has been selected as an honored member of the International Who's Who of Entrepreneurs, and was named a Thought Leader by the Drucker Foundation. She is also a member of the Socio-Technical Systems Roundtable.

Joel Fadem is President of Joel A. Fadem and Associates. He has held appointments at UCLA since 1975 and has collaborated on projects at USC’s Marshall School of Business. His post-graduate degrees are in Administrative Sciences and Industrial Relations from Yale and Oxford Universities, respectively. He has published widely and consulted extensively to both Fortune 500 companies and governmental agencies.

 

Ernesto Olascoaga, based in Mexico, is Director and Partner of Vision Organizational s.a. de c.v. Ernesto graduated from the Universidad Iberoamericana, received his Masters of Organizational Behavior from Brigham Young University, and his EdD in Organizational Change from Pepperdine University. He is an internationally acclaimed consultant and business coach and is fluent in English and Spanish.

 

Nickey Hanekom is a principal in High Performance Work Systems located in Pretoria, South Africa. Prior to founding High Performance Work Systems he was an organizational development manager at Sasol-Sastech. He is fluent in Afrikaans and English.

 

Harald Stokkeland is founder and director of Stokkeland International Consulting, based in Olso, Norway. His vast experience includes consulting and training in both the private and public sector in multiple countries and continents. Prior to entering private consulting, Harald worked as a Senior Consultant for the Norwegian Council for Management Development and as a Management Development Officer for the World Health Organization, where he was program coordinator for seven projects in three countries including Pakistan, Tanzania and Jordan.

 

Jakki Moore, based in Oslo, Norway, brings a rich and varied background to her role as a leadership consultant, coach and artist with SIC-AS, Oslo, Norway. Prior to joining SIC-AS, Jakki worked as Creative Arts Director with the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California, and as a Director with the Resonance Human Potential Centre in London. Her present work has allowed her to work with such varied clients as NORAD/ PWA: Palestinian Water Authority (Gaza, Ramallah, Jerusalem), Asker and Bærum Police District, Norway, C.J. Fallons Educational Publishers, and NVE: Norway's directorate for water resources and energy.
