To get their new distribution facility up and running, Payless ShoeSource used the Fisher Group to help internal consultants train and empower the workforce. Despite an aggressive schedule in a difficult economy, Payless credits the Fisher Group with helping to create a highly effective team-based start-up.

In partnership with the Teamsters, Tropicana Orange Juice decided to empower employees and create a team-based culture.
