Most Leadership Skills and Distance Manager training programs include one hour of post workshop executive coaching for each participant at no additional charge. Your training experience doesn't stop at the workshop, a consultant helps you apply your learnings in real-life, back-home settings.

For more in-depth development, a Nike manager chose the Fisher Group for personal executive coaching. A Fisher Group consultant observed the manager in action and provided feedback and a personal tutorial in key leadership skills concepts.
