Leadership Skills is a competency-based development system that includes a highly interactive training program with extensive use of cases, simulations, back-home application projects and practical tools. It can be supplemented with online assessments and personal executive coaching.

The Distance Manager provides leaders of remote teams with specific skills to overcome the challenges associated with leading and dealing with performance from a distance.
