Leadership Skills - This competency-based development system includes a highly interactive training program with extensive use of cases, simulations, back-home application projects and practical tools. It can be supplemented with online courses and assessments, personal executive coaching or tailored consulting services in specialty areas such as value proposition leadership.

Team Development Series - This series develops skills in key areas necessary to start up and /or maintain effective teams, such as conflict resolution, making consensus decisions, problem solving, and defining roles and responsibilities. The Team Development Series format is designed to allow participants to work on real-life issues. Delivery options include face-to-face, online or blended learning activities. Results from each training module can be posted on an optional Distance Manager collaboration platform.

The Distance Manager provides leaders of remote teams with specific skills to overcome the challenges associated with leading and coaching from a distance. This course includes interactive learning tools such as simulations and case studies, as well as supplemental options such as online courses, assessments, and personal coaching. The Distance Manager utilizes a back-home application project to reinforce the concepts learned in the classroom.

Staff and Technical Expert Skills helps those who serve in staff and technical expert functions (i.e., engineering, I.T., human resources, finance, legal, etc.) increase their effectiveness and build a reputation as a full business partner whose focus is on improving business and individual performance.

Orientation to High Performance Work Systems - This course introduces every member of your work force to the concepts of high performance work systems. In this dynamic simulation-based workshop, attendees learn why collaborative organizations outperform traditional stove-pipe operations.

Implementing Organizational Change prepares internal change agents and leaders to sustain and manage a major change effort using The Fisher Group's six phase implementation model. This comprehensive program provides a road map, tools, and skills necessary to guide cultural transformation.
